President Message

Dear All,

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the president of Shubham Apartment’s Residents Welfare
Association (RWA). I would like to extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt welcome to all of you.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Ram Mehar Sharma, and I bring with me a wealth of experience in
the realm of government organizations, particularly in my role as an engineer with the Public Works
Department (PWD). This experience has proven to be immensely beneficial for our residential society.
Having had the opportunity to work within the PWD has equipped me with a deep understanding of
infrastructure, construction, and maintenance, which are critical aspects of ensuring the well-being and
quality of life within our community.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as the President of our society, dedicating myself to the
betterment of our living environment. My commitment to this role is longstanding, with a track record of
continuous involvement in the RWA for many years. During this time, I have had the privilege of
collaborating with experienced and dedicated individuals who have shared their insights and expertise,
helping me develop a deeper understanding of the intricacies of residential management.

Our society has seen growth and transformation under the collective efforts of our RWA team. We have
worked tirelessly to address various challenges, enhance our facilities, and foster a strong sense of
community among our residents. However, our journey is far from over, and there is much work to be
done.

I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for our residential society. Together, we will continue to
focus on improving our infrastructure, enhancing security measures, promoting a sustainable
environment, and fostering a sense of belonging among all residents. I firmly believe that by leveraging
the knowledge and experience gained from my time in government service and my years of involvement
in the RWA, we can make great strides in making Shubham apartments an even better place to live.

I encourage each one of you to actively participate in our community initiatives, share your ideas, and
collaborate with us to shape a brighter future for our society. Your involvement and support are essential
in realizing our collective vision for a thriving and harmonious residential community.
